Hood River Saturday Market 2012 – 22nd Season!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor at the Hood River Saturday Market!  There are a few simple steps to become a vendor – follow the instructions below and any questions, feel free to call our market manager at 541-399-4553 New this season, Children’s Market Day every Saturday.  Kids can sell their handmade creations free of charge.  Parents, please contact the market manager on the Friday before you plan to attend and fill out a registration form before setting up.  Keep in mind that adult supervision is required throughout the day and your child’s set up needs to be wind-proof. We are excited about our new location and looking forward to a great season. (You will find our Vendor Forms below as well as our 2012 Market Policies and Guidelines.) To become a Vendor… 1) Click on and Read the Vendor Policies and Guidelines  2) Download &  Fill out the Membership Application, and sign the Vendor Letter of Understandingand return them with payment to the market manager prior to or on the first day you would like to sell. *Please call ahead (541-399-4553) to reserve your space.

 2012 Registration and Space Fees

  • Annual Registration $30 (one time fee)
  • Weekly fees: 10 x 10 Booth space $30
  • Additional vendor in same booth $10 (Each vendor in a shared space is required to pay the $30 registration.)
  • Perishable Food Vendor Late Arrival 10×10 Booth Space $30.00

*Although weekly attendance is not required, we do encourage all vendors to support the market by attending as frequently as your schedule allows.  Regular attendance helps your customers find you!*

Food vendors, please make sure you have received the appropriate  permits from the Hood River County Health Department. *The easiest way to ensure you have the proper set-up is to Call the Health Department at 541-387-6885 and they can walk you through your specific needs/guidelines.
